Registration and Fees

Online Registration

Race registration is available online by going to Bikereg.com.
In addition to completing the online registration at Active.com all riders must read the Race Rules and complete and sign the Hardcore 24 Waiver. Captains, please have the waiver for each team member with you upon arrival forthe race weekend.

NOTE:
Bikereg.com online registration will be open until midnight, July 22nd. Registrations will be accepted on-site at Ontario County Park from 6pm-8pm Friday and 8am till race time Saturday.

Mail In Registration
You can mail in your registration by downloading this printable Registration Form. In addition to completing the registration form each rider will need to complete a Hardcore 24 Waiver. Please mail the waivers for each rider in with the registration form.

Fees

Free rustic camping will be available near the start/finish area. The free camping sites will consist of a spot to pitch a tent. If your team would like to camp near your car, have a campfire or be near the showers you should rent a site directly from the Park. Campsites with and without electric hookup are available for rent directly from Ontario County Park. All teams with RV’s must rent a site from the Park. There are a limited number of covered Pavilions available for rent on a first come first serve basis.  Each Pavilion has a picnic table and grill.  They are conveniently located near the start/finish area.

Pavilion availability is limited; please contact Swarty directly @ Swarty@rochester.rr.com for additional information, will sell out fast!
